The Ngai Group, a Top Real Estate Team in Hudson County, NJ is seeking a full-time Buyer/Rental Agent. No prospecting required, we provide you with all the leads. All you have to do is setup the appointment and close the lead.

• Fill-in coverage as needed

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Real Estate License
• Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Knowledge of local market
• Valid drivers license and a car
• Have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Have a strong work ethic and a strong desire to succeed
• Available to work full-time, weeknights and weekends is essential [Required]

Compensation: based on commission, potential to earn 100k+ (no ceiling).
