Lead Generator/Junior Broker

Complete Job Description

Bellevue Capital Group is looking to add a motivated & ambitious Commercial Lead Generator/Junior Broker to its existing team of successful Commercial Brokers. In this role, candidates are responsible for several main tasks, which include but are not limited to: connecting with prospective clients via phone & email, setting appointments and following up with the clients financing requests.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients via outbound phone calls, email and referrals

Provide clear communication and accurately gather information

Self starter and motivated to make a minimum of 50+ calls/emails each day

Utilize internal POS & CRM systems to accurately document conversations

Perform detailed follow-up activities via phone, email & in-person

Maintain a positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn

Essential Skills

Prior experience in sales or call centers preferred but not required

Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections and understand concerns

Effective time management skills and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team

Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment with professionalism & accuracy

Strong attention to detail

Must have own cell phone and knowledge of using the internet

Compensation

$2,500 base per month with an aggressive commission structure. Uncapped commissions and earning potential.
