Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer needs
