Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. Our independent agency insures and services a variety of businesses, but specializes in construction.

Duties:
- Manage & service a portfolio of commercially insured clients
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Review policies and coverage to ensure accuracy and identify any opportunities for improvement
- Prepare policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients to discuss coverage options
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients
- Prepare quotes and proposals for new business opportunities

Experience:
- 1-2 years previous experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with construction accounts
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
- Applied TAM experience a plus

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- 2-20 Insurance License a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
