Real Estate Agent - Zillow Flex, Homelight Elite Agent + leads

Shafran Realty is the #1 Team in North San Diego for highest volume and most homes sold and is expanding! We are a very small team of agents and we have a few open agent positions.

We are looking for the following:

Successful Agents who want to take it to the next level!

Agents who just aren't selling enough to make it full time

Agents newer to the industry who want to learn

Agents on our team are closing 2-5 homes per month and our top agents are selling well over $80 million in sales. Shafran Realty has been in North County selling homes for over 23 years. We provide continuous training that works. Coaching, systems and support to help you succeed and high quality leads. Commission only position
