Ascend Digital Agency is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Account Manager. As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our clients' digital advertising efforts.
The Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of 20+ marketing campaigns. The primary focus of this role will be to monitor campaign performance, coordinate any account changes, and communicate account performance to both clients and internal team members.
The Account Manager will be expected to partner with our clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They will be responsible for creating and presenting reports about campaign performance directly to the customer during monthly meetings. To be successful, you will need to have experience managing marketing campaigns and customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with customers to understand their goals and make recommendations to improve marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports about campaign performance to customers.
- Responsible for relaying information from clients to appropriate teams to ensure clients' goals are met.
- Coordinate workflow with internal groups to ensure all projects are completed on time.
- Ensure proper documentation of client communications and marketing campaign updates in the CRM.
- Lead meetings with both internal teams and clients to communicate marketing campaign performance effectively.
- Understand a client's business, and goals, to effectively manage a successful campaign.
- Be the main point of contact and maintain timely communication with clients and internal team members.
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a marketing environment.
- Understanding of online marketing campaigns and how different components work together to generate results (Website Development / PPC / SEO).
- Ability to interpret and communicate to the customer what is producing results based on the current campaign performance.
- Ability to communicate information and recommendations effectively in both written and verbal forms to internal team members, and customers.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on importance.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team are a must.
