Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, manage customer accounts, and assist with business development activities. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents
- Assist with business development activities, such as lead generation and market research
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Support outside sales representatives by providing product information, pricing details, and technical specifications
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales support or similar role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Knowledge of outside sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
