Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms
- Process rental applications, including background checks and credit screenings
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, as needed
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and other relevant documentation

Skills:
- Proficiency in tracking maintenance requests and work orders
- Experience with managing tenant information, leases, and financials
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property leasing and management
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
- Excellent office skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Familiarity with contract management processes and ability to draft lease agreements accurately
- Customer relationship management skills to build rapport with tenants and address their needs effectively
