Overview:

JH Biotech Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to set up our B2C division and expand our distribution network.

This role involves working under the guidance of various management teams to prepare strategic business plans for launching an e-commerce site and capturing markets in areas our traditional sales team has not reached. Our ideal candidate is ambitious with strong organizational skills, e-commerce and online marketing experience, and an interest in the agriculture industry. This position requires coordinating marketing efforts, developing business plans and timelines, and logistics management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with management teams to establish business direction, logistics, and development planning
• Develop and execute e-commerce marketing plans and make online transactions possible
• Provide market feedback about competitive offerings, prospect needs, and product development opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities
• May perform duties such as buying merchandise, evaluating inventory needs, and implementing marketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline. MBA a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in business development or sales. E-commerce experience desirable.
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Office. Experience with online sales platforms (e.g. Shopify).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing and sales including marketing strategies, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
