Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented OpticalSales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with ophthalmology or optical industry is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other sales-related software

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
