We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales quotas, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires frequent travel within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospecting efforts, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary for this role could range from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and the company's budget.
