Full description of the position

In home sales of Residential heating and cooling products.

Must have at least 2 years' experience in in either selling / installing / servicing in the residential HVAC Heating & Air Condoning field.

Must have knowledge of how residential hvac equipment work, and is installed in homes.

Knowledge on working with and when the best applications of when to use and or install.

Gas Furnaces

Electric Furnaces

Heat Pumps

Ductless Heat pumps

Ductwork

Thermostats

Physically able to go into crawlspaces, attic spaces, rooftops.

95% of clientele is in the greater Seattle area.

Leads are generated and given by us and scheduled.

Potential to make 100k + in commission

We are looking for a Sales Associate that is knowledgeable about residential heating and air conditioning systems and what is best for certain homes.

Customer service excellence is a must, communicate and answer any and all questions from customers

Must be presentable as would be meeting with customers face to face daily

Familiar with using computers / iPads/ cell phones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
