Full description of the position

Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) is an exempt outside sales role.

This position will oversee a geographical territory to sell used equipment(forklifts) as well as sell service agreements for Toyota Material Handling products as well as several lines of material handling manufacturers.

In the Customer Service Sales Representative role, you will sell equipment and service to customers to ensure their equipment is running in peak form. You should consider yourself the liaison between Toyota Parts and Service Departments and our customers. Once they buy the equipment, it is your job to take care of them!

Every day you will be responsible for relationship-based selling with our clients by determining what our clients needs are, recommending solutions, and providing these services to them.

WHAT YOULL DO:

-Maintain and grow your knowledge of material handling products, services, and the aftermarket items associated with forklifts and equipment.

-You will work alongside Aftermarket Sales & Service Manager, Parts Supervisor, and VP of Service to build the assigned territories.

-Provide after-market sales support for the parts and service departments.

-Promote and sell Periotic Maintenance Plans, OSHA forklift & aerial lift operator training, battery sales & service, and used equipment just to name a few items.

-Manage your customer base and sales using CRM software.

WHAT YOU NEED:

-FIRST - Be Self-motivated with the desire to win.

-Knowledge and experience in selling FORKLIFTS and INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT periotic maintenance, services and rentals preferred.

-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to form strong relationships with customers.

-Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
