As a Water Filtration Sales Specialist you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. You will also charge and collect for all work performed, per company policy and procedures, by completing paperwork daily and recording all hours and materials used on each invoice. These tasks mainly include sewer and drain cleaning and working with automatic faucets and flush valves.

What you will DO:
  • The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service technicians and call centers
  • Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems
  • Use an established pricing matrix guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale
  • Be a trusted informational resource for Best Home Services customers
What you NEED:
  • 1+ year experience in a plumbing sales position
  • Valid US Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen

  • Technically Proficient; Capable of identifying and solving the majority of customer problems autonomously
  • Problem solver; ability to critically analyze and solve difficult plumbing challenges
  • Customer oriented; works well with customers
