Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an RV Dealership Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to generate interest in our RV inventory.
• Qualify leads by understanding customers' needs, budget, and preferences.
• Educate customers about our RV models, features, and benefits.
• Schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership and meet with our sales team.
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and maximize conversion rates.
• Stay informed about current promotions, inventory updates, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of the RV industry and enthusiasm for outdoor travel is a plus.
