Well established company with close to 30 years in business. Strong long time relationships with suppliers and customers. Sell plastics process equipment in US Mexico border areas, All of Mexico and Colombia. Financially sound.

Although a home office situation, Company deals with large multinationals customers and suppliers. Have multiple personnel throughout Mexico and South America. Mexico office located in Queretaro Mexico.

Responsibilities:

International Equipment Sales agency needing capable bilingual Eng/Span (100%) office help. Needs to understand sales process; Quoting, Order Entry, Order Processing, Order follow up. Must have experience with accounting systems such as quick books or similar.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Experience with project coordination or office management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
