Job Duties:

Generating customer traffic by creating solid service appointments is the primary goal of this department. This is achieved by completing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, sending emails and text messages, as well as having a variety of other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Frequently attend Training to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
