Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 12-15 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.

Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of 12-15 sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and set goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management

- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

- Experience in outside sales and account management

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Business development experience is a plus

- Technical sales experience is a plus
