Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services - Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through data entry - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers Skills: - Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages - Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities - Proficient in data entry to accurately maintain customer records - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for outbound calling and customer service interactions - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
