Business Development Representative - Insurance
We are currently interviewing Sales Professionals for Commercial Insurance. If youre a sales professional seeking a career opportunity in the Insurance Industry, we want to speak with you. Insurance License NOT REQUIRED... If you have the skills, passion and desire to take your career to the next level, we will provide the necessary fast-track training and will pay for you to obtain your state license 220 license.

Franklin Hamilton Insurance is one of the fastest growing Commercial Insurance Agencies in the state of Florida, and we need one new Sales Producer to help expand our foothold through out Florida. Get hands on training from our Two Most Senior producers so you can come out of the gate with the skills you need to be successful.

You must not be afraid to do phone, video and in person meetings. This is a job that requires strong interpersonal skills. The typical policies we write range from $200,000 to $1,000,000 and we teach you how audit these policies and truly identify areas of opportunity to successfully help your clients. Every potential client you speak to has to carry these specific insurances, it's just a matter of who they choose to represent them.

What We Offer:

• $50k Base Pay/Incentives + Commission
• Expect to make between $100k and $195k your first year.
• Build a book of business where you get residual income yearly on your Accounts as they renew.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast paced sales and customer service environment

Able to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements

Experience in Sales, Commercial Insurance, Property Management and/or Real Estate is a plus, but NOT required

Goal driven, ambitious, career minded focus and attention to detail

Strong Sales background with no Phone or In person meeting Phobia or Follow Up with Partners and Clients (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

1000's of warm/real-time leads from our inhouse database of cultivated leads and potential referral partners will be provided.

Develop relationships, make sales presentations over the phone, video conference and in person

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources & Trade Shows.
