Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Work with customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Analyze customer information to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems is a plus
