Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven In-Store Solar Appointment Setters to join our team within Home Depot locations. As the frontline of our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for detailed consultations. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about environmental sustainability and looking to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities: - Proactively approach Home Depot customers, introducing them to our solar products and services. - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact. - Schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants to conduct in-home consultations. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our solar offerings and promotions to accurately inform customers. - Achieve and exceed set performance targets for appointments and customer engagement. - Collaborate with Home Depot staff and adhere to store policies and procedures. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. - Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. - Passion for renewable energy and commitment to environmental sustainability.
