Full description of the position

Our company is seeking to fill a position for an Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling inbound calls and emails, identifying customer needs and building relationships with existing and potential customers. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, creating sales decks and pricing presentations, as well as conducting research to help identify new market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
• Follow up with potential customers.
• Create and implement sales strategies for existing customers.
• Be available to customers by phone and meet their needs in a timely manner.
• Work to meet sales goals.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
