We are looking for a Sales and Service Representative who is a:

Persuasive influencer who enjoys meeting new people.

Enthusiastic, highly motivated, self-starter.

Strong communicator with good negotiation skills.

Proven sales professional.

Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.

This is a base plus commission job, with the majority of your income being made in commission. This means the sky is the limit if you are driven and hungry. Responsibilities:
- Spend time out in the community meeting face to face or voice to voice with prospective customers for more than three hours per day.

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets/metrics and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and account management.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
