Position:Relationship Manager

Location: Seattle , onsite

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: 75,000-85,000 plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and partners.

Proactively address clients' needs to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Regularly liaise with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.

2. Business Development:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform business strategies.

Provide feedback and insights to the internal teams to refine products/services.

5. Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales, and relationship management activities to stakeholders.

Ensure all client information is accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2. 2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar role.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
