We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant-Trainee to join our team. As an Accountant-Trainee, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. ```Primary Responsibilities```

- Requires to be physically present in the office and conduct site visits.

- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data

- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of bank statements

- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review

- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes

- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members in terms of financial transactions

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed

- Participate in financial audits, providing necessary documentation and support

- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to manage financial transactions

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes

- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks

- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements

- Basic knowledge of business, labor and tax laws is a plus

- Experience with or knowledge in accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
