Cooper Multifamily Services manages apartment communities and the Leasing Consultant will help connect potential residents with the right apartment home to fit their needs. We are fast-growing, dynamic, entrepreneurial and fun team and we are looking to add teammates that want to be part of a motivated, aligned team working towards both individual and company success.

As a Leasing Consultant your responsibilities will be the following :

-Tour prospective residents in a friendly, professional and helpful manner.

-Assist walk-in prospective residents as needed.

-Assist and direct current residents as needed.

-Utilize active listening to understand the requirements and status of the potential resident.

-Suggestively sell available options that fit the potential resident's needs and price range.

- Collaborate with remote and onsite teams as needed.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual a plus.

- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential residents.

- Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Must have dependable transportation to travel to and from work as well amongst the various properties on a daily basis

**** THIS IS A FULL-TIME WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY POSITION ***

Weds-Sat 8:30-5 full day and Sunday half day from 1-5 with full day pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
