Family oriented full line agency in need of a Commercial Lines Sales Agent.

Must have experience in the Insurance Industry. Salary + Commission Position.

Duties Include:

• Develop and implement sales goal strategies to attain monthly and annual targets
• Generate new clients, grow our existing book, through our internal clients & company purchased leads
• Generate leads through various channels, including telemarketing, networking, and referrals
• Tailor insurance policy coverage based on the specific needs of the clients
• Market and submit to various insurance carriers to attain best coverage pricing
• Support your assigned service team company book for existing clients, via endorsements, cancellations & renewal
• Be able to cross sell clients who are up for renewal 90 days prior
• Has to be Compliant with all commercial insurance provisions, certificates, etc
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, notes and transactions
• Chubb, Hartford & Travelers Experience is a PLUS
• Current Property and Casualty License is required.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance industry, products, and service
• Proven track record in insurance cdommercial
• Excellent communication skills, professional presentation
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
• Proficient in sales administration and CRM & AMS software, Microsoft products
• Sales mindset with a focus on problem-solving

THE COMPENSATION:

• Competitive base salary compensation + commissions
• 100K + a year between salary and commmissions is expected

Hours of operation: M-Fr from 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
