Job Overview:
We are seeking an International Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales efforts by interacting with our Latin American clients and engaging with Spanish-speaking customers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-starting skills.

Responsibilities:
- Grow business within existing accounts through proactive outreach, including warm calls, and selling our product
- Follow up on existing and pending sales opportunities from existing customers and support all international sales team efforts to close new and existing customer orders
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
- Identify, document, and coordinate international sales leads using CRM to support quote pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage relationships and performance of contracted international sales reps to drive revenue growth for the company

Requirements:
- Spanish-speaking and/or Portuguese-speaking
- BS/BA required or equivalent work experience; sales support or inside sales experience within a B2B manufacturer is preferred
- A positive attitude and ability to develop strong interpersonal team relationships
- Significant experience with a CRM program; Salesforce Certified Admin certification a plus
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
