Security Sales Associate

Are you passionate about providing top-notch security solutions to homes and businesses in North Carolina?

Strat Security & Fire of North Carolina is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Associate to bring our cutting-edge Electronic Security Solutions to new and existing clients across the state, with a special focus on the Triad and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:

  • Showcase and sell Burglar Intrusion Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, and other low voltage electronic systems.
  • Drive business growth by cultivating new sales leads, client relationships, and referrals.
  • Tailor security solutions to meet each client's unique needs through comprehensive business evaluations.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and monitor job progress, ensuring smooth contract closures and seamless paperwork collection.
  • Thrive in a goal-oriented environment by meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with Alarm.com is a big plus, alongside a minimum of 2 years in the Security Industry.
  • Proven track record in selling Intrusion and other low voltage systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; we value self-starters who are extremely motivated.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and communicate promptly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; an electronics background is advantageous.
  • Clean background check and drug screening, plus a valid license and reliable transportation.
  • Excited about growth opportunities and dedicated to personal and professional development.
