Shape Manufacturing is looking for someone to help us service the growing need for commercial and light industrial HVAC solutions in Tennessee, Northern Alabama, and to a limited extent Atlanta Georgia. We perform a vital role in the construction process by manufacturing & delivering quality ductwork to installers and are looking for someone to help convey this value while procuring sales in direct interactions with mechanically adept customers. We are willing to work with the right applicant to develop them into a premier salesperson in this regional industry.

Job Duties

• Meet with clients regularly
• For initial training at least one month (weekdays) will be spent at the facility in Louisville KY, to learn process and the product
• At least one day a month will be spent at our facility in order to keep our systems up to date
• At least one night per week will be spent on the road
• Achieve sustainable sales growth
• Be the point of contact for customers
• Read specs, blueprints, and bid letters to assist customers when necessary
• Fill out sales log accurately and completely on a daily basis
• Track bids currently out to customers
• Update awarded jobs list
• Make field visits to worksites to ensure customer satisfaction
• Miscellaneous tasks not listed above related to sales & customer satisfaction

Experience

Our ideal candidate has experience in the commercial ductwork world, has established relationships in the region, & rapport with mechanical contractors.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year plus commission
