Full description of the position

As the Employee Benefits Consultant you will be responsible for producing new business in addition to servicing existing accounts. You will develop and manage an active pipeline through seeking out prospects, calling on potential clients, presenting information on the organization's capabilities, strategically cross-selling products aligned with clients' needs and introducing subject area specialists (as needed) to win and retain each client's business.

The majority of activities in this role will be directed toward the generation of new sales to existing and prospective clients. Success will be based on the individual's ability to win new business, retain existing business and meet or exceed established sales goal targets related to revenue growth and penetration into specific targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
