Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

$20 hourly rate plus commissions you may earn up $45 per hour with total of sales.

Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Bi-weekly and monthly bonus Compensation: $hr + commissions

A proper candidate would have:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

People-oriented Self-motivated

Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

Ability to multi-task

Bilingual (Spanish) is a must

Personal Lines license (not required but must be able to obtain - we will help you to obtain your license)

Hourly plus unlimited commissions and bonus where their first year total compensation would be in the $40k-70K+ range, depending on production.
