Overview:

Marine Sales Lodders in Fairfield, Oh, a top 100 marine dealer nationally is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Passion and love for boating is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences
• Guide customers through the boat purchasing process, providing information on different models, features, and financing options
• Conduct product demonstrations and sea trials to showcase the capabilities of various boats
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and meet effective sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process, including after delivery communications

Skills:
- Experience in retail sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively drive and operate a boat with experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Working Saturdays is required and with one day off thru week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
