Job Description:

Our Las Vegas office is seeking a dedicated Scale Sales and Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, providing calibration services, and ensuring timely repairs for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for scale products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Perform on-site calibrations for scales and other weighing equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair scales in accordance with company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and expand market reach.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant education preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
• Experience with scale calibration and repair is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 40 per week
