Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities:

• Building good rapport with customers in person and via telephone.
• Promptly assessing customer needs in a positive, friendly matter.
• Answering product questions with up to date knowledge of product specs, store promotions and sales.
• Have a good understanding of our products and services.
• Working towards achieving sales goals, and being open on improving and/or developing sales techniques.
• Troubleshooting device technical issues.
• Applying excellent customer service skills to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Entering sales reports into database, ensuring individual accuracy and consistency.
• Inventory management.
• Set up visual displays in accordance to marketing guidelines.
• Maintaining 100% on training courses.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work station and sales floor at all times.

Qualification:

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others AND work independently with little oversight.
• Knowledgeable in office computer software.
• Ability to multitask!

Compensation: Hourly + Commission

Experience & Education:

No experience needed, we are willing to train the right person.

High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred: Retail sales and cash handling experience; an attention to detail along with customer service, communication, computer and software skills.
