Woodmen Nissan is looking for an experienced sales manager to add to our team. With the amount of traffic at our store, we need additional coverage. We are seeking the experience of highly motivated managers in our industry to come secure your career with our company. Aggressive pay structure and bonuses offered! We have plenty of inventory. Stop changing scenery and come have some fun.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and train sales representatives
• Build and maintain a strong, motivated and dependable sales team
• Establish and devise a strategy to hit monthly goals
• Conduct training and meetings to teach and motivate sales representatives on how to hit current goals and sales targets with an emphasis on quality customer care
• Lead with a heavy focus on professionalism and positivity
• Direct the sales team in an educational, encouraging manner placing customer experience as highly as sales goals
• Assist in overseeing and closing deals, making sure customers have a clear understanding of all associated costs and fees
• Work with the GM on ordering and acquiring lot inventory
• Provide regular on-site training for the sales team regarding lead management, sales techniques and how to carry the customer through the purchase process
• Ensure sales team maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of automotive sales manager experience
• 6+ months of automotive sales or finance experience
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license with clean record

Pay: $6,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
