Qualifications:
Sales Excellence: Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
As a Professional Vehicle Sales Consultant, your primary objective will be to drive sales and surpass targets. Utilize your exceptional sales skills to engage with customers, comprehend their needs, and guide them towards the ideal vehicle that fulfills their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Become an authority on our fleet of vehicles, staying up-to-date with the latest features, specifications, and technological advancements. Your comprehensive knowledge will empower you to confidently present the advantages and value of each vehicle to potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service. Serve as their trusted advisor throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Effective Communication: Leverage your excellent communication skills to actively listen to customers, understand their preferences, and effectively convey information about our vehicles. Your ability to articulate features and benefits clearly and persuasively will be pivotal in closing deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate confidently, persuasively, and professionally with customers and colleagues is crucial.
Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales process from start to finish, encompassing test drives, negotiations, and finalizing deals. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, following up with potential customers, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow sales team members and various departments within the dealership to provide a cohesive and exceptional customer experience. Sharing knowledge and working together to achieve common goals will be essential for success.

Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
