Basalite Building Products, LLC is one of the largest manufacturers of concrete masonry products in the Western United States. Product lines include structural block, interlocking paving stones, engineered wall systems, retaining walls, ornamental and garden products, and a full range of sack goods. WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE:
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, this position supports the Dealer, Retail, Structural, Engineered Products and Commercial Pavers Sales in all rease of customer service. Maintains contact and provide internal support to all Basalite Representatives, runs variety of reports including, monthly open report, close-out reconciliations, stock checks and material availability, order status reports for Customers, contacts customers by phone and face-to-face calls. Customers includes contractors, dealers, builders, design professionals and homeowners, attend sales meetings and physical inventory; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.
