Our pawn shop looks to ensure fair transactions, build lasting relationships with our diverse clientele, and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Loan qualification and valuation
• Computer data entry
• Retail sales
• Online sales and digital marketing
• Shipping and receiving
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pawn, retail, shipping, online sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Multiple languages not required, but preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, some weekends
• Weekends required
• Day shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
