The process involves initiating contact, gauging interest, and qualifying leads. Sales representatives will collect vital customer information. Must be adept at creating interest and handling initial objections, setting the stage for successful sales interactions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with heavy outbound dialing and follow-up.
• 2 + years experience with CRM and digital phone platforms
• Knowledge of retirement accounts and annuities (IRAs, 401K, Etc.)
• Up to date with markets and financial news.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
