Galeana sells and services Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Kia, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati vehicles. We need to hire Appointment Setters, Customer Service Agents, to schedule and confirm auto repair/maintenance appointments for our service departments. Full-time positions are available.

Daily Responsibilities - Appointment Setter, Customer Service:

• Answer Service Department calls in a professional, friendly manner
• Follow Call Scripts to determine customer's needs
• Schedule appointments for auto repairs/maintenance, etc.
• Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments, notify special-order parts have arrived, etc.
• Meet or exceed appointment goals
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements - Appointment Setter, Customer Service:

• Call Center or automotive industry experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent computer & phone skills a MUST
• Outlook, Word, Excel experience preferred
• Motivated to succeed and ability to achieve targeted goals
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, and comprehend written instructions
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,500.00 per year
