Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new car sales
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of current trends in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to cold call and generate leads for potential customers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Sales support experience, including maintaining accurate records and managing customer inquiries
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outside sales experience preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Public speaking skills to confidently present information about vehicles and promotions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
