We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our award-winning sales team in Sedona, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry with uncapped earning potential and competitive benefits.

Duties

• Build rapport with pre-qualified guests scheduled by our world-class in house marketing team
• Review current ownership with each guest
• Sell and upgrade existing accounts
• Sell Wyndham's luxury product within a short sales cycle
• Provide a tour of Wyndham's Presidential Unit
• Build value of Wyndham VIP ownership product
• Negotiate sale and close the deal
• Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends
• Attend various sales meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years sales experience preferred
• Active Arizona Real Estate License highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection and common objections
• Must enjoy travel and building relationships
