Experienced agents in our program can earn more than $250,000 a year, and new agents can earn six figures in their first full year!

Responsibilities:

• Go on multiple appointments weekly to meet new clients
• Show homes to interested clients
• Follow-up with clients to move them forward
• Build relationships with agents in other companies
• Negotiate contracts and transactions
• Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools and all home ownership issues
• Research and identify off market purchase opportunities

Compensation:
