Paramount Beauty Supply is seeking enthusiastic, energetic professionals with strong sales backgrounds who understand the dynamics of relationship selling and building lifelong partnerships. Our sales consultants are the nucleus of our Customer Focused organization, delivering creative solutions to our clients business challenges. The ideal people will be extremely self-motivated, have excellent presentation and communication skills, and highly motivated to meet sales objectives. If you understand how to prospect and gain new customers, we would like you to join our team as we continue to expand into Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Paramount Beauty Supply is a leading distributor of professional beauty supplies, serving hair salons, spas, and licensed stylists. Established in the tristate area in 1960, we have grown into one of the largest independent U.S. distributors, representing some of the finest quality hair care brands available to salons and stylists. Our highest priority is to provide customers with excellence in service, product, and education to ensure mutual success.

What you will do:

Prospect and attain new business in designated territory region

Maintain and develop existing customers through consistent representation

Ability to formulate account strategies and execute them

Meet and exceed revenue goals in collaboration with sales management

Coordinate education and provide vendor and company support to grow the clients business

Represent Paramount Beauty at shows and events

Attend training and meetings to expand your business acumen

What we are looking for:

Outside sales experience, preferably b2b

Self-motivated, creative thinker, team player

Must be familiar with basic MS Office suite

Strong communicator, knowledge of CRM and social networking platforms

Valid drivers license and vehicle

English required some bilingual areas, Eng./Span.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,730.14 - $57,481.46 per year
