Role Overview:
As an Business Development Manager at Labor Finders, you will spearhead our business development efforts within the industrial staffing sector. Utilizing your sales acumen and professional network, you will identify new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Your profound understanding of the staffing industry, paired with your proven sales prowess, will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing our sales objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Generate new business through outside sales.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Re-engage inactive clients.
- Create and present quotes to prospective customers while considering target margins and other business factors.
- Strategize and implement sales plans to meet sales targets and expand our customer base in the industrial sector.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and goals.
- Monitor industry trends and client requirements to proactively offer solutions.
- Liaise with the branch staff to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Represent Labor Finders at industry events and conferences for networking and business development purposes
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, with a consistent track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Prior experience in staffing, particularly within the industrial sector, is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships with senior executives.
- Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license
- Strong networking skills (online as well as in-person)
- Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, CRM, ATS, etc.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
