Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team as a High Energy High Ticket Closer in this commission-only sales position. In this pivotal role within our sales department, you will play a key part in helping clients achieve their dream home projects and saying "yes" to their ideal living space. We are seeking a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a determined approach to exceeding sales targets in this commission-only sales opportunity.

Performance Expectations:

• Daily Sales Training Every Morning Before 9 AM
• Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
• Average of 50 Dials Per Day
• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6 PM
• Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1 PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
• Location: Clearwater, FL

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients, understanding their dream home project needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, effectively articulating the value proposition and how it aligns with their dream home vision.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle, focusing on making their dream home a reality.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, supporting clients in their journey to say "yes" to their dream home.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on understanding and aligning with clients' dream home aspirations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Construction experience is not needed! We will train you!

Pay: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
