Inside Sales Representative

What does an Inside Sales Representative Do?

Our Inside Sales Representatives work with our internal teams and customers throughout the entire sales cycle. You will be a key member of our Enterprise Sales Team in this entry-level sales position. In this role you with continue to benefit from continuous training; ranging from internal trainings, external, and more; your growth is endless. We will set you on a path to become Sales Representatives with your own book of business.

Responsibilities:

Have continuous communication with customers, vendors, and partners via phone and email

Assist Enterprise Reps with clients needs

Order Processing related activities:

Following up with our warehouse fulfillment team

Problem-solve if problems occur with orders

Follow up and qualify sales leads

Provides quotes and product data as needed by customers

Supports Operations and A/R efforts

Requirements:

Customer service experience

Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)

Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required

Process-driven individuals

Interest in Technology and growing into Sales is preferred
