Responsibilities:

Ignite Leadership:

- Infuse your team with passion and motivation, turning goals into achievements.

- Prepare and lead weekly sales team meetings and sales rallys.

- Nurture a team of go-getters, providing the fuel they need to excel in the fast-paced world of inside sales.

Performance:

- Develop and execute sales strategies that set the industry on fire, propelling our growth and influence.

- Dive into metrics, turning data into actionable insights for a turbocharged sales performance.

- Drive process innovation, unleashing the potential for streamlined operations and explosive growth.

Collaboration Catalyst:

- Spark collaboration across departments, ensuring our strategies align for an unstoppable force in the market.

- Work with different departments of SeekOne to insure sales processes are functioning properly and presenting new and create ideas to improve systems and processes within sales.

Client Meetings:

- Create lasting impressions, turning clients into raving fans by going above and beyond their expectations. Show our sales team how to do this by leading from the front.

- Run all client contracts by showing shingle options and color selections. Prepare them for their new roof and the build process in totality.

Training Influence:

- Have a heavy focus on company onboarding process and training new sales hires through our 6 week training platform to get them prepared and ready for success. This will be in office training and in the field training.

Tech Savvy:

- Must be familiar and capable of learning new CRM systems and platforms. (Ex. Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the roofing industry with a track record of sales and leadership responsibilities.

- Strong leadership skills that turn a team into a high-energy, high-performance powerhouse.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to energize and inspire both clients and the internal team.

- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies that electrify revenue growth.

- Results-oriented with a history of skyrocketing past sales targets.

- Familiarity with the roofing or construction industry is required, and a passion for it is essential.

Compensation:

Base salary + commissions (based on experience)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
